were do i get my sports bras from ops is in 3 weeks eeek xxxx

Macom or M & S…It’s best to boy a few so you know which ones suit you best; also it’s very important to change your bra regularly to avoid infection after you have your op. I’ve found the M & S ones great for the daytime and the Macom’s are good for sleeping in

i cant find any in m&s with open front how often to you say i change ? a few times a day ?xxxx

Er maybe check in store because I have one which zips up the front, it’s in my pictures so add me and check it out…I just wear one in the day and one at night but that’s mainly for my personal comfort. To avoid infection just wear a clean one every day xx
