Open Rhino as a day case.?

Has anyone had open rhino or septo rhino as a daycase?

Havent met with my surgeon yet but im pretty sure im going to have open and i really want a day case but at my consultation she insisted it will probley wont be a day case for my own safety… I dont live that far from london would only take 40 mins so its upto my surgeon if he sais i should stay but i dont really want to

I want to stay in a nearby hotel so I can be with my baby daughter, she won’t settle without me so I really don’t want to stay in the hospital.. I won’t go home as I live near Manchester but I don’t want to pay extra to stay in hospital when I don’t want to xxx

I would rather go home or to a hotel aswell tbh – I am going to ask about this at my consulatation.

i say depends how much your having done! im glad i stayed even tho i didnt want to but youl most probz think different when your actually awake and see the cast on ect, you wont want to go home esp if your having loads done itsmuch safer to stay! but if they think your not healthy enough to go they keep you in for free x
