OPEN WOUND!!! Freaked out!!! :(

I had a slightky open wound.. Well two both still not closed i think its where it scabbed up, when i change dressing, the iodine dressing pulls the scab off so it cant heel properly! Now one of the wounds is quite open and soaked with puss.. But its more on the clearer side than yellow. Phoning nurse in the morning for am appoitment but hoping for some reashorence?!

Hi Gina, so sorry to hear this, I have no advice for you I’m afraid but I’m sure the nurse will help 🙂 if you are really concerned I would call the emergency number, that’s what they’re thete for 🙂 u must be worried 🙁 please keep us informed, best wishes xx

Saw the nurse today, not infected! Thank god! New dressings, she said it should heal soon. My nurse is really good!! Couldn’t fault her at all!
