No they aret run down but very basic TV is the best thing about them tiny mirror and a small window with not much daylight!! Thank you girls.. So I had my operation at 10.50am woke up feeling as if I was sunbathing on holiday and had a little dose! The doctors in the room with me were soooo lovely as they was giving me the anaesestic he was talking to me about my recent holiday then all of a sudden I can’t remember anything else except waking up in the recovery room. I came back to my hospital room around 12.40pm. They gave me some paracetamol though a drop in my hand. Then the nurses made me some tea and toast but because my left side was still really hurting they gave me some more pain killers!!! I have ice in my boobies at the moment cos it’s quite stuffy in this tiny room so it’s cooling them down! Felt very sicky at one point but am feeling a tiny bit better now! I should really get up and walk around soon because it’s helps the achy ness go away! But so far everything has been good for me will probably go home around 6 when I’m feeling better!

Hope this helps will post some pictures later when I get home xx

Day after surgery feeling very very sore! Can’t move too much and finding it really difficult to sit up on my own!

The drains hurt the most when there were pulled out it was a very shocking pain I can’t explain.

I didn’t take well to the anesthetic and was sick quite a lot every time i tried to stand up. Even when we started to leave to go home around 8pm I was sick just before I got in the car a lot but it made me feel better for the car journey home.

It was a very long day being there from 7am until 8pm in a very stuffy tiny room with a tiny window and no day light so I think that made me feel even worse tbh.

I’ve just woken up now after my first sleep.. I slept ok and manage to go to the toilet on my own in the middle of the night and also took some painkillers around 2am but made sure I had a few biscuits before.

I hope this achy pain get’s better as I’m feeling very down today, haven’t seen my new boobies as they are all strapped up so I don’t feel very good.

Everyone takes differently to the anaesthic and the pain. It’s not unbearable but does hurt every time I move.

    xx
