opinions and help please

hi girls i was wandering if someone can shed some light on something that has been bothering me, im right breast has like a dent under the nipple its as if the implant isnt filling the lower part of my breast properly, making my side profile look odd, ive uploaded a pic, any opinions and advice would be really appreciated thanx xx

wot does double buuble and bottoming out mean hun?! Ive totally dropped and much softer now so happy. Having trouble finding a non wired padded bra for a night out this weekend tho! ggrrrr lol xxx

if you google them both they are both things that can result from breast implants, xx
