I am 6 days PO, with a BA and lift and I stopped taking pain reflief when I got home and I am fine! I got told to sleep at 45 degrees I was trying to sleep at 90! Now I find it much easier just get some strange feelings every now and then, but no pain, but everyone is different xx

Aww babe 1st couple of nights are awful, I was the same. Defo advise setting an alarm to take your meds as morning boob was the worst for me.. I always felt paralysed by 4/5am. My v pillow has been a God send! I found it easier to sleep just below 90 degrees till about day 5 when my morning boob eased..otherwise getting up/out of bed was a really pain. I’m 8days post op and sleeping at 45degrees.. Not on any painkillers, discomforts much better but still not over do-ing it hope this helps.. Happy healing xx
