No, you build it up. You will be able to tell when you are ready for the next level as you wont feel you are pushing yourself as hard. You an do 30 days of level one you are really unfit. You do what you body will allow. I will say though, level 1 is bloody hard anyway so I wouldn’t worry if you don’t feel like starting L2 anytime soon!! It’s all ab’s and planks…hard as fook on your back and wrists not to mention your ab’s!! L3 pfft never even looked at it lol!! xxx
