Thanks ladies, I’m doing slim fast the basic way shake for brekki, shake for lunch, 600cal evening meal and 3 snacks (fruit or slim fast bar) but u can swop shacks for diff foods. I have been eating so much shite I just need to cut it out so for a few weeks I’m doing it this way then I will introduce more foods. Iv never tried it befor but found I cheat on other diets lol. I also go on my x trainer for half hour 5 days a week.
I can’t wait for my hol! 1st time without kids and fella whoop!
