ot..home teeth whitening kits that actually work???

hi girls i want my teeth whitening but to do at home any good ones ???xx

I swear by Crest Whitestrips.. I get mine from biovea.co.uk and I use the strongest ones which are called professional effects. I have tried literally everything and these are the only things that work, people are always commenting on how white my teeth are!

It says leave them on for half an hour a time, I leave mine on for about 3 hours a time! Teeth get sensitive after but nothing unbearable xx

I agree with Elle apart from gettin uv/laser the crest strips r the best a payed £300 from dentist for impression gum shield n whiten kit n it wasnt as good. Keep a eye on groupon for uv and laser whitening that’s really good. If you have veiners or caps etc they don’t whiten tho x

Google smilebryte, its the strongest over the counter whitener you can get, it’s £20 for 3 syringes & £5 for uv light, use it every day for upto half hour till they’re as white as u want them. Took me 3 days n I wore it for 20 mins. N I now do it every other week just once. It’s amazing xxx
