I lost 5 stone in just over a year following slimming world. I also go to the gym 4-5 times a week for at least an hour per session. I do a mixture of resistance training (weights) and cardio. I was 13 stone 11 and a size 16 and I now weigh 8 stone 9 and I am a size 8. I would definately recommend slimming world alongside some exercise. It certainly worked (and continues to work) for me!
