    Any of you girlies got any good weightloss tips? I really want to shift at least 1st before my op (10th July) :(

    I lost 5 stone in just over a year following slimming world. I also go to the gym 4-5 times a week for at least an hour per session. I do a mixture of resistance training (weights) and cardio. I was 13 stone 11 and a size 16 and I now weigh 8 stone 9 and I am a size 8. I would definately recommend slimming world alongside some exercise. It certainly worked (and continues to work) for me!

    I want to lose half a Stone myself. About 3 years ago I went from a big size 12 to a size 8. Im now a size 10 and happy but after 6 weeks of no training (cos of my BA) I feel a bit untoned and so gonna get back on it by eating No Carbs mon to Fri and then healthy amount of carbs again on the weekend. I do train a bit too. I walk a few miles a week (with my bonkers dog) and I go the gym about 3 times a week (mostly CV and one weights session). Ive done slimming world in the past and it is good to keep you focused. Good luck hun Im sure youll get there x
