I’ve been thinking about quitting birth control for a long time but I am still undecided. I only have one good friend who did this after taking it for many years like I do, but she got back on a few months later because her skin broke out a lot.
She said her body tone, water retention and cellulite got instantly better but break outs were too bad. Thats what I hope for plus just getting those hormones out of my system. Although I am not looking forward to painful cramps at all.
So did anyone get off after taking it for a long time. How did you like it? What are your experiences?
