ouch!

Thought id got away with it,had minimal pain since my op yesterday,past couple of hours I have swollen up quiet a lot and in lots of pain its like burning sensation…..is it normal?? xx

Other members have experienced the burning sensation,Im sure its something to do with the stretching of the skin and part of the healing process,it does get better,if you are worried you could check with the nurse honey,that’s what they are there for.xxx

I had the burning pain too, just on one side, it doesn’t seem normal at the time but it seems to be quite common. get a cold compress on if you can, that should help with the swelling x

Its just that i haven’t had to stretch much as had empty boobies pre op so had the excess skin,think il try cold compress and call nurse if not better by the morning to be safe.Am petrified of infection like everyone else im sure!A little gutted as hardly any pain up till now,I can be such a worrier lol,thanks girls xxx

The infection would show more as the incisions being very warm to the touch rather than a burning sensation, I had some very strange pains like you wouldn’t believe! Hope it calms down, def call the nurse tomorrow if you’re concerned, like Tina said, thats what they’re there for

I had my op yesterday too and have had no pain at all so am kinda expecting something like this at some point, ive been far too lucky not that im complaining just feels too good to be true.

Thanks girls!Though id got away with it by having no pain untill this eve,I even managed to sleep a good 11 hrs last night!sat here with cold compress on which is helping lots,also undone my macom bra to reveal lots of dark black bruising,i bruise easily so expected some but have loads so guess thats what the pain is and swelling,will call nurse in the morning if it gets worse.How you feeling pocohontas?What size did you have hun?I had 460 hp’s from an empty 32b/c cup xxx

i feel great hun, no pain at all just a little tenderness and a bit uncomfy but i am mobile, can get up ok and go to the toilet etc and even hold a drink im so suprised.

I had 340 unders from a small 30b emtpy cup.

Glad to hear you got some decent sleep, i did wake up every hour last night but not in pain just coudnt get comfy and was sacred of rolling over i think ha ha xx

Oh thats great hun spesh with unders,I had overs so thought id be ok,think I did too much today as I had no pain,learnt my lesson am going to rest now my bf is being amazing but im not a very good patient,im so independent finding it hard to sit down and do nothing!I was pretty aware of slipping down the bed last night and woke with a sore bum lol!will put a pillow under it tonight i think!Mind if I add you chick? xxx

aww i got my mum waiting on me hand on foot and i hate that too because i am the same like doing thing for myself.

Its killing me not showering gettting ready etc, especially my hair

Im finding no make-up,hair nails tan ect hard too!I dont feel myself without all of it lol.Keep looking at my new additions and remembering what its all for,I haven’t got pics up yet either will do it in a day or so i still need to do some,did some b4….yuki!But gotta do post op yet xxxx
