Ouch!!!!!

My bra is really irritating my incision today it’s very uncomfortable, is there anything I can do to stop it without having to remove bra I am only 3 day po. X x

You could try putting some flat cotton wool pads under the band to cushion it,this may help,xxx

Jojo try what tina said, or make sure ye bra is not rubbing on them pull them down a bit ure straps might be too tight so maybe loosen them! I took me bra off for 5 mintutes each day just to let them relax, feels lovely! X

I felt like this! Drove me Crazy!! I got another sports bra that was a bigger bk size and the band underneath was larger so didn’t dig into my incisions, M&S do a good post op bra x

I got a 34 dd on will a 34 e make any difference do u think. X x

Jojo try a bigger band size like 36 might help I’m in a 36 dd and sooo comfortable from marks n Spencer total support but the ones from asda n tesco are just as comfortable x xx

Yeah Im a 34 but got a 36 and was such a relief!! x

I’m 1 week post op and ususaly a 34DD band but I had to get a 38DD to stop the rubbing.xx
