Over a year post op ? Pain ? GP’s

Hello gals, as you can see I’m over a year post op uplift & implants. But over the last 3 days have had pain almost behind my nipple that’s been ongoing..I was wondering if anyone else has had this experience? I’m concerned because I have been to my GP before and they almost seem reluctant to do much it’s almost like they don’t want to interfere with another doctors work? I also am concerned because I have been made aware that mammograms are a no go with implants? Any input/advice? Or other queries from other girls?

I have a similar problem 12 months post op in one of my breasts 🙁
