Over night and Post Op

i have seen the pre/post bible post and have a list of a few things i need. i was wondering what sort of things im going to need, as with me working dodgy shifts i need to start getting things in with it being only 4weeks away. And as my family will all be away im trying to stock up..

any advice is much appreciated!!
