over or under the muscle ??

I’m having my B/A implants over the muscle as Mr traynor told me tht he wud be placing the implant in this way… I am a 32a atm and decided to go for the 300cc – 340cc but I still want a natural look…. other than this he is also ordering the 260cc to 300cc aswel just as on the day as he is goin to see whether he can fit the bigger ones in… I know that when its over the muscle you don’t loose anything off the size of the implant… however which method is safer over or under anyone got any advice plz thanks x.x.x.x

I think under is best! my friend has got hers just done over the muscle, they look flat and some people dont even think shes had them done ! my mum has them under the muscle, and they are absolutely perfect! x

I’m having 470cc unders and was a bit worried as the get more pan, but I understand there is less chance getting capsular contractor with them being under the muscle x

I had 410 overs yday and they look so natural and big. Russo told me

To have unders and then wen i got switched to traynor he told me if i wanted boobs that bounced then i should have overs lol! Xx

They mite sag less but then u cud end up with double bubble….. I suppose theres te same amount of risks either side so really uts just down to whether u have enough breast tissue for overs or not x
