Over or Under the Muscle …………..??????

Hi Ladies

Am booked in for my BA on the 4th Aug @ Manchester with Mr A. Am so excited!! Howeva am finding it hard to choose between 380 & 410 & also to have them placed over or under the Muscle …… Can any1 out there HELP ME ……….

My Stats are:

Size 8

5ft 7

34BS @ the Min

Unders defo give a much more natural look but I would depend on the amount of breast tissue U already have.

I had unders as my breast tissue was rather non existant

I had 260cc and I love the results. I’m in a c/d at the mo. 3 wks post op and I find they look bigger now they’re settling x

I am similar stats to you at 5’7″ and was a 34b (but size 10/12)

I had 380cc high profile over the muscle in August 2009 and now 34e – Mr Adamo did my op. Overs can look just as good as unders, as long as you have enough breast tissue. Your surgeon is the best person to advise you hun.

I agree with tammy, overs can look just as good, i had overs as i had alot of breast tissue. I am two weeks post op and you can’t see the roundness of my implants, i am also starting to get the natural curve to them now.

Hi there, I had unders 2 wks ago with Adamo, and I’m very pleased I went for unders as I don’t think I would have had the same very natural looking result with overs. It takes slightly longer to heal but for a lifelong result I don’t mind!

Hello Ladies,

I have my op booked for 23rd sept so got plenty of time to think but i have been told i can have overs or unders and he even suggested partial unders. Has anyone had partial unders? Im currently a small 32 c, size 10, 5’3 and would love to be 32dd/e. Really want the natural look but also a good cleavage. Any suggestions on overs or unders?

your stats are simlar to mine, i’m 5ft4, and a size 10. i was a 34b to start with, i had 410 high profile and i’m now a 34D/E i have the natural look but a great cleavage too without them looking ‘fake’ xx

ohhh forgot to mention i’m now 12 weeks post op nd EXTREMELY happy!!
