Over or Under

Im having a breast enlargement in a few weeks and ive been advised by my surgeon to have the implant over the muscle. However i have been asking around and ive bee told that having it under the muscle creates a more natural look. The size options i was given are 340cc or 380cc.

I would love some advice from anyone who has had this operation so i can put my mind at ease.

Hi Victoria,

I had 380cc over the muscle, as i had breast fed 3 babies so had plenty of breast tissue to fill up. Overs can look just as natural as unders, but only if you have enough breast tissue to cover the implants. From pictures i’ve seen, sometimes unders can leave a bigger gap between the boobs and therefore make it more difficult to get a cleevage, but maybe the gap gets smaller over time? My overs never gave me a gap, and i can get a great cleevage.

I think if the surgeon has said that overs would give you the look you want, then you will have enough breast tissue. Which surgeon did you see?

My surgeon is Dr Traynor, i have read alot of good things about him, but after speaking to other people i was worried they wernt going to look natural and more like footballs as some would say lol. Im a B cup and says i have enough tissue and he recommended overs. I just think if i have 380’s will there be enough tissue for them to look natural.

Its very exiting but im soo nerous all at the same time. x
