If there is anything you can recommend to take with you, just doing my list of things to take…. I like to be organised else I forget everything especially when stressed Lol. Thnkas in advance to anyone who gets back to me

    Hey Shera,

I had my op 3 weeks ago and I took –
PJs (you’ll get so sick of the paper pants and gown!)
    toothbrush + paste
    Support bra!!
Hairbrush + bobbles (no metal on them tho, it’s not allowed in theatre)
Comfy clothes for the next day
Phone and charger (made a lot of calls!)
Puzzle books/magazines/books – I was done and dusted by 11.30 and was in overnight so I got soo bored of the telly!
    money
    Slippers
    change of undies
all my MYA paperwork (I like to be over-organised!)

Didn’t bother with make up etc as I live literally 10mins from Highgate Hosp but if you fancy a bit of glamour why not?!

    Hope that helped a bit,
    P-C xx

hiya i stayed over i took night shirt that buttoned up dressing gown slippers for walk to surgery clothes for next day leggings zip up top ugg boots v pillow for after op and car journey home magazines camera/phone for before and after pics lip balm boiled sweets for after ba very dry mouth baby wipes to freshen up deodrant i took roll on but struggled to use it so would recommend spray tooth brush toothpaste arnica to start taking couple of days before op to help with swelling and bruising but check with surgeon first as some dont allow you to take them make up even though i didnt bother bobble without metal on to tie hair up. I took 3 different sized sports bras recommendation from pc also get a backsize bigger than normal to accommodate swelling also a must dry shampoo especially if you have nobody to wash your your hair as you may struggle for the first couple of days think thats everything lol.
Good luck hun you wont need it though you’ll be fine.
