Overnight. Help please?

Hi girls,

I’m booked for an overnight on the 22nd of June (wooo nearly here)

Just wondering if anyone had been booked for an overnight but got to go home or to the hotel instead of staying at the hospital. And if so, did you get your £400 back??

I hate hospitals, seriously am not looking forward to it, so was kinda hoping if went in tp surgery early enough and came round and was all good, if I’d be able to go back to the hotel with my bf?

I don’t really mind if I can’t but just idea of being in a hopsital all on tod scares me a little (and i’m a grown women haha, think I need to just grow some balls lol)

Mines on wednesday. My mums going to have to leave me early to go get my daughter and I’m going to be left all alone until thursday morning lol xxx

I have heard it costs an extra £180 for someone to stay in hospital with you…

Not sure if that applies everywhere but that’s what I’ve heard.

Hi Katiec119 – I messaged the Mya Moderator to ask if we were able to go home if we’re booked for an overnighter, if we get the all clear from the surgeon. They have said that if the surgeon and hospital staff feel that we were upto it they would release us and we could then get a refund for the £400.

I didn’t ask about someone staying in the room =S sorry, if you just send a PM to mya they normally get back to you pretty quickly!

Hi xxtamzaxx I’m booked in for an overnight on the 21st June, I’ll be all alone all day no one can make it with me but my boyfriend is coming to get me the next day. Ive been through it all before, most of the time I was out of it and konked out (after the op obviously lol) You’ll be fine and you’ll be home before you know it xxx
