Has anyone stayed at MYA? If so, could you tell me what it’s like please.
Thank you xxx
@violet I stayed in December and they were amazing. So helpful and friendly, really looked after.
You will either have a room on your own or shared and there is also a bathroom with shower, if going with partner or friend they are able to b in room with u but can’t stay night.
I have had such a good experience with MYA highly recommend them ????
@josaop
Glad it’s a good review!
I was meant to be having my op on Monday but got cancelled 2 days before!! So it’s been a difficult process tbh! I wasn’t happy with paying for another hotel as I’ve already lost money (they are refunding it though) but booking last minute would be expensive. So they put me in MYA room free of charge. Hopefully I’ll be on my own lol. Xxx
Oh no why did The my cancel it?!
Hey doll staying in overnight is fab ! They come in every 3 or so hours to check your all good, it really does help just in case anything goes wrong xx
I had my surgery jan 4th and stayed overnight. I had my own room as they weren’t that busy.. the nurses are absolutely lovely and come in the room ever now and then to check on you. They say visiting hours are only till 8pm and only one person at a time, but I had my mum and besfriend who was both allowed in the room at the same time and stayed till about 9pm.
All in all it was a good stay as you know you’ll be looked after!x
I’m here right now! I’ve had a fabulous night – the nurse’s really look after you! Felt really cared for and everything taken care of. The rooms are lovely with those beds that change shape to help sleeping upright and I got lots of hot chocolate and biscuits. Can’t say a bad word at all!
