overnight stays

whats the difference between staying over for the night or just being a day case??? how would u be considered for a day case??

I’m staying over and the difference for me is knowing i’ll be in safe hands. I’m soo afraid of going home and being in pain and my little girl seeing me. So i gus it’s pice of mind.

me too, im staying, i feel much happier about it. if im feeling ill or anything happens i want to know im in safe hands!!

I wanted a day case but was told I had to have overnight, no idea why, think it depends on ur surgeon!!so glad I stayed o/n now as was so tired and very high on pain killers lol xx

i dont think ur aload home if your having unders??? Day cases are only for over patients x
I stayed overnight and had 410 unders im soo pleased i did because you feel really vulnerable after anesetic and its just nice to be cared for by professionals its more reassuring ur gonna be just fine!!!

hi , do 410 unders hurt much ? thats what im having sunday…really worried about pain thing… also when can you move your arms properly?

Im having unders and going as a daycase, my PC said if you live more than 1hr away from the hospital then you have to stay over

seashells hiya im 5days post op like i said and its been unbelievable ive had no pain more pressure than anything!! i have been able to move my arms since day 2 (but everyone is different) its been such a good experience, i cant believe it. Ithought unders were gonna be a nightmare and like you was worried but i have been more uncomfortable than in pain

I am due my op on the 2nd of March. Having 410 unders. I am only an A cup and i am starting to worry that may be too big, and you’ll be able to see rippling.
My Sergen did advise me to go biiger because i ahave wide shoulders. But still can’t help worrying.

I had unders and went in as a day case. I live over 2 hours away from the Lifestyle Hospital. I just stayed in the Premier Inn after I was discharged and went home the following day! xx

Unders really don’t hurt that much at all!!just very achy that’s all I had 410 unders!xx

im having my op on 5th march, but to me i would only choose overnight stay and not day. i say, if your going to do it, do it properly! and go all out! BED REST, SKY TV AND GETTING MY DINNERS MADE SOUNDS LIKE A WELL EARNED BREAK TO ME!!!!!!!!!!!! I CAnt wait it sounds like heavon from my daily routine with a 11 month old! xx
