Overs and unders? confused! lol

Because I havent had my meeting with the surgeon yet I dont really know all these technical terms LOL could someone explain please!!! Thank u! No buddies either greatful for some adds hehe thanks girls xx

Over is over the muscle and under is under the muscle lol. They both have pro’s & con’s……i am getting 380 mhp next tuesday but still cant decide whether to go over or under?

I too would also like to hear anyones feedback with unders/overs……..xx

I am haha everyone is telling me to shut up now because they are sick of me talking about boobs lol i would be demented without this forum.

To be honest i would go with what you surgeon says, he will recomend what will look best on you….unfortunately my surgeon said i could have either so I am soo confused haha.

Hey if you have literally no boobage then your surgeon will place the implant under the muscle as there is no tissue there to hide it. If you do have enough tissie then it would be placed over the muscle. Having your implant under the muscle is more painful but you do get better results. Having your implant over the muscle is slightly less painfull. I have had my implants over the muscle xxx
