    hi everyone wats the difference between overs and unders ? is one better than the other ? x

    you get unders when you dont have much breast tissue (like me!) i think most people who start off as mid to small A cups get unders.

    unders are unfortunately usually more painful though

    you wont really get a choice between the two, your surgeon will probably tell you which you will need to achieve the best look

    Like Sophia says, its your surgeon that will decide if you need to have the implant placed under the muscle or not.
    I had to have mine under the muscle, cos I didn’t have much breast tissue. You would of seen the implant otherwise! I also know that by having them under, when you have little breast tissue, there is less chance of the implant rippling.
    The surgeon will only do overs if you have enough breast tissue. I don’t think one is better than the other tho, as its the type of implant that you have, which will determine what look you end up with ie fake or natural.
