Overs do they grow after 8 weeks

I feel like mine are growing a bit but I’m 8 weeks post op and they were d/e for ages. I’ve also a right nipple not popping out yet? When should that stand proudly again?

mine grew at 4 months hun and now im 6.5 months and my bras are feeling tight so need to get measure again. my nipple took about 3 months to go back to normal xx
