Overs – no sports bra

What will happen if I don’t wear my sports bra all day? I feel too constricted!!

My surgeon told e not to wera one so I didn’t and they fell beautifully- will depend from surgeon to surgeon so maybe ask your pc what they recommend x

Hi George. Were yours overs? I have left mine off for a few hours and they’ve softened but I’m scared as mr traynor told me to wear a bra! X

They say wear a sports bra to support ur new boobs, its also to take the pressure of the scars. Mario told me its not going to be comfy. l wear my bra to bed 5 nights out of 7 wanna look after my new boobs. xx

they more likely drop and sag quicker, surgeons usually recommend unders dont wear one.i know a girl who didnt wear hers at all (she had overs) when she was told to and she now wants them re done coz they have sagged quite a bit x

I did indeed have overs with Mr Adamo @ highate am now 6weeks post op and they look fab!!xx

maybe because I am petite though and only had 255cc to get to a c/D cup.

If you have had a large amount I would wear one but if you take it off for a few hours I can’t see the harm just don’t lift anything xx

Damn wish I’d been told not to wear one!!! Very uncomfortable with a compression garment on as well!! X
