Overs or unders?

Hey girlS! I’m now debating whether I should have overs, my surgeon mr singh suggested I should have them but I thought they may look not as natural as unders!? Anyone had overs who’s boobs look natural? If I get overs then I want 380’s! Anyone had them?? Xx

It’s best to trust your surgeon with regard to the placement of your implant. All of MYA’s surgeons are very experienced and really do know what they’re doing. Have you told him the look you want to achieve? If so then I’m sure he wouldn’t choose a placement that is going to give you unwanted results. Also another thing to keep in mind is that different placements look different on each individual woman; yes, unders are seen to be the more ‘natural’ look but I have seen plenty of BA’s using the sub muscular placement and some of them look incredibly fake, so his decision was also based on your individual body type, and of course, your breasts. He’s done this hundreds of times before and wants to achieve the best result for you.

theres loads of girls on here with overs and they look very natural, some more natural then unders, it all depends on the woman.

i had unders, and although my pics portray very natural looking boobs, a lot of people have asked about them, with one guy commenting ‘i bet they cost a pretty penny, as no-one has boobs that great looking without help’ and i think they do look very fake as they still havent dropped fully.

your surgeon will know best, but if your really unsure, ask to see him again, and ask why xx

Totally agree with dolly and joannabella. I told mine the look I wanted (natural) and he told me overs would be best but he also told me I had a wide pocket and recommended moderate profile slightly less projection but wider base to fill my breast pocket nicely. Everyones breasts are different so trust your surgeon.

There is so many other factors such as how much tissue you have and the implant size etc.

Some girls have unders because they have little tissue or they are having a large implant which will look fake as they have little tissue.

There are pros/cons of both, there is supposed to be a higher risk of cc with overs, yet my friend had cc with unders. Also rippling but you can also get that with unders as with unders its only the top of the implant under the muscle.

The best thing for me is I have a cleavage from week 3/4.

Thanks for the comments girls. I will just speak to him on the day.. Think I’m going to go with the 410 unders as I don’t want to be disappointed! I am losing weight at the moment and have lost half a stone in the past month so I think unders will prob suit me better (y) I keep changing my mind though lol such a hard decision but I will trust Singh and go with what he says! I went for a consultation with singh and he said to me he will put 460 or 525 overs in for me. I seen mario russo yesterday and he looked absolutely shocked wen i told him, and said he cud only give me 410 at a push 460 in and theyd have to be unders. See a 2nd surgeon and see what the difference is x

I had 410 overs with Mario Russo 6 1/2 weeks ago and no one has even noticed (although I have just had a baby and everyone assumes I’m breast feeding) even one of my best friends forgot when I saw her yesterday after a few weeks…..and I went from a pretty small 32b, to a pretty impressive 32F! But I agree with everyone above, your surgeon knows best, and unders can look more fake than overs in certain girls due to good muscle tone, and overs will look fake in a girl with no breast tissue! Trust your surgeon….I love mine and they made an amazing job (I asked for a natural fakish look haha…I decided natural boobs are always a bit saggy, and I didn’t want that) x

I had 460cc overs with Dr chantarasak and im 10 days post op. they’re still very very slightly swollen but even now they look natural n to be honest i genuinely don’t think you’d know id had augmentation. very happy as was .sceptical about overs!! xx
