Overs or unders????

hey girls,
wot is best? over the muscle or under?? i think im having overs but i read that unders r better cuz they are less likely to sag over time!!!!

I dont think we really get a choice its the surgeon who decides. It depends whether u have any breast tissue or not. If u dont then the surgeon goes under the muscle cus otherwise u will c the implant so if placed under the muscles the muscle hides it if u know what i mean. If u have already got breast tissue then they go over the muscle cus the breast tissue hides the implant. So really the surgeon decides what he needs 2 depending on your natural body. Apparantly under the muscle is a bit more painful just because of fiddling about with the muscle although i wouldnt know have just read that on web sites etc. Im having over the muscle cus used 2 b a dd b4 children n now just saggy and empty but do have a bit of breast tissue 2 hide the implant. So really hun the surgeon decides on whether u have over or under hope this helps xx

I totally agree with emmatyler she is spot on..it really is upto the surgeon and what he think is more suitable for you I think with everything else like size,type of implants we may have more of a choice but with the incision procedure thats down to the doc x
