Hi guys, booked in for my surgery in four weeks time. I originally wanted unders, however from doing a bit of research on the forum it looks like unders give you wide spread breasts as well as the breasts looking more muscular and pinned up.
I want my breasts to have quite a natural sag aswell as being close together. Any advice would be much appreciated.
