OVERS OR UNDERS

hi all,

im having mine on the 17th march wiv mr adamo im a 34B now size 10 5″5 i want a D/DD VERY biggest !! i saw mr adamo yesterday an he has said i can have 460cc OVERS !!! to achieve a DD but this seems so big plus i sorta had my heart set on unders as i dont want them to sag as im only 21 plus i want them natural looking … can i ask for unders instead even tho the surgeon has sugessted OVERS ?? please help …ANYONE ON SOFEM WITH 410CC OR 460S WOULD BE GREAT HELP THANKS ALLL XXX

hi hun, thanks for your nice message on Sofem, i have just answered it.
I had overs and am very happy with them, although i am double your age at 40 😥 and have breast fed 3 babies, so really needed filling out :shamed: so my skin is so much different to yours 😥
If Mr Adamo suggested overs for you, it will mean you have enough breast tissue to cover the implant, but why don’t you ask the question. If you would prefer under the muscle, ask your pc for advise. That is what they are there for. I’m guessing you can request unders instead of overs, i’m sure there must be somebody on here who has done that?
Good luck, there are so many hard decisions to make, but at the end of the day, it is the surgeon who is the expert, as he has done 1000’s of ba’s

i would say trust mr adamo on the overs/unders thing.
he was my surgeon and he was perfect.

however… 460 will probably take you over dd. especially if theyre overs. but thats just my opinion. if youre really adament that you dont wanna be any bigger then choose the small ones.
nothings guarenteed tho. you have to decide whether you would be happier being slightly less than what you wanted or slightly more.
