overs or unders??

i am having 525 with dr singh…..starting to worry that they are going to be overs shoild i off pushed for unders???

then i read about bottoming out happens with overs more and about sagging quicker with overs…so just not sure. not very clued up lol x

Oh bless ya hun. Go with what the surgeon recommended but if you feel happier with unders then there’s no harm in asking.

I had the choice of unders or overs so done ALOT of researching before coming up with my decision. xxx

I had 410 unders 9 weeks ago.

I’ll let you know the pro’s and cons.

Unders: Pro’s

Less chance of capsular contraction as the muscle massages the implants for you.

Less chance of bottoming out

Less chance of sagging later on

Easier to detect Breast Cancer

More natural looking

Less chance of rippling

Cons:

Apparently more painful than overs (If you’ve never had a ba then you won’t know the difference anyway.

And healing time (i.e dropping etc) is longer than overs as the muscle is holding onto the implant.

i have read that overs will be more flatter at the top and rounded at bottom but i do want roundedness at the top too……..

I was told by my surgeon that you get more of a natural slope with unders as the top of the implant is under the muscle. However, seen girls pics of overs on here and they look the same as unders xxx

Mr Singh did my 525 overs 2 weeks ago. I could of had overs or unders but because I chose 525s he said that implant was too big to go under the muscle, if I wanted unders then 410s wud hav been the biggest. Iv Neva seen anyone with 525 unders. Xx

HI i have just had 410s unders and they look great only im still in pain. each day gets better its what we have to go thro if we want it done xx

Babe u need overs to fill your boobies out. If you have unders/partials your more than likely gonna suffer from double bubble. This is when you have your implant ‘under’ your boob and your natural boob lays over it and its very visable. Yes overs sag quicker than unders but natural boobies sag, unders even sag eventually. Chill out babes, i know its stressfull but lookin into options that arnt/havnt been offerd to you will only do your head in. Anyway..not long now and all this second guessing will be behind you xxx

I have unders and at the mooomeeent i prefer the look of overs.too my look xx
