yes as long as you ask the right questions, they explained the difference to me and showed me diagrams, they have a book of before and after pictures aswell to show you, not sure if it will say what they had but if you ask your pc to run through the differences then they will do 
in very basic terms, overs are less painful and give a more round look but you have to have enough breast tissue to start with to have them, the surgeon will tell you what you are capable of when you go for a consultation with him
unders are usually more painful and take longer to recover from but are known to give a more natural look and theres also a slight reduced chance of rippling.
