Hi leah :) Overs are placed over the muscle and unders are placed under the muscle.

They say unders are bettter if ur looking for a more natural look but ive seen loads of girls with overs that look really natural… im having unders because i dont have enough breast tissue 2 cover the implant and u would be able 2 see the edge of the implant also with unders its less chance of rippling. xxx

Hmm from looking at overs and unders on friends they have always moaned theirs look fake (being under the muscle more stiff) where as my 260cc before the new 700cc no1 new I had a boob job unless I told them, they where so natural! So are my 700 but being the size and round pirt big boobs most people say boob job lol x
