I had my PIP implants removed last year they were over the muscle and replaced with new implants and put over the muscle. I’m not happy with my results at all, they look more oval than round and was wondering if I had them redone I could go under the muscle or have partials. Has anyone ever had this done themselves?

Oh really, thanks Alex I think I’m coming to the conclusion that I should stay with overs. I’m really not happy with my current results and need the bottom part filling out with a wider implant. I’m not sure to go bigger with HP implants or go moderate plus. I’m gutted, I was happy for 10 years and only had them done again because they were PIPs. X
