Please can someone explain what the difference is please and why you would opt for a certain type. I’m in the researching phase and i’m so excited looking at all your results, but a bit baffled by the lingo. Any help would be great.

Overs is over the muscle and partials is just the top of the implant that goes under the muscle which is usually called unders aswell.

Me personally have chosen unders as i dont have enough breast tissue so the implant would be noticible if i wore a low cut top but downside its more painfull and takes a little longer for the implants to drop and fluff but a little less chance of getting capsular contraction.

Overs is over the muscle so not as painfull and quicker for dropping and fluffing. But a little bit of a higher chance of capsular contraction.

If u add me u can see my before pic and can see y i have chose unders. Im having 375 high profiles on july 24th. X

Thanks Ashie, I have added you. Not long to wait now. I’m excited for you. I’m guessing the under, over issue was discussed at consultation. I need to get booked in. Xxxx
