    Hey girlies,
Had my 2nd consultation a while ago but ever since then i can’t seem to feel comfortable with the decision i made. I’m currently a 32A having 350cc high profile with Dr Mounir on the 11th of July.
At my consultation he asked me whether i decided to go with overs or unders and i told him unders… Now i’m assuming i obviously have enough breast tissue to have overs otherwise he wouldn’t have asked which i wanted. I’d like my boobs to around a D/DD but still looking natural, i’m just so stuck now because i’ve seen so many natural looking overs but i’m afraid of rippling and then with unders what if i decide to go back to the gym i don’t want my muscle to ruin the shape of my implants?
Opinions/Experience on both would be helpful, thank you 🙂 x

    Hi
I’ve recently just had my BA and was offered the option of both.
I wanted the natural look and although some overs do look amazing I must agree, there are more disadvantages of overs than unders (I found).
I also weight train which was my main concern but my surgeon said after 6 weeks you will be able to train again (maybe not as heavy). My partner is a PT so I’m lucky in the fact he can organise a less evasive routine for me when I train chest but chest is the only area it effects and maybe some shoulder excersises which I wouldn’t want to chance.
Will you get chance to speak with your surgeon again? If so he can go through pros and cons of both as i was in exactly the same situation and needed his guidance to decide,
Sorry if I’ve babbled on!! Xx

@emilyellis1985 i don’t think so unless i phone and ask to have another meeting with him. Did you get unders in the end? I don’t train my chest anyway but it’s just certain workouts like shoulders and back i’m worried might have an affect on them xxx

Back you will be totally fine and shoulders as long as you start slow again like a beginner, raises etc are totally fine it’s just the fact you have to start fresh and don’t push yourself until your 100% healed. With unders your muscle has to sort of attach itself to the implant hence why it takes longer and advise not to train chest to like dislodge it if u get what I mean.

If you don’t see him again maybe ring your PC and she can send you the details.
I was given some paperwork with pros and cons of both xx
