Hi Susan. I’m no expert but you should not be in pain at 3 weeks post op. I would ring your Surgeon. Maybe sleeping propped up would be better. I bought a back rest from Argos and a memory foam V pillow from matalan. The v pillow has been good at night to sleep on with 3 pillows underneath shaped like a V. I’ll try attach a pic of my sleep set up. It’s so important to try get some decent sleep. I know how hard it is. I’m PO day 4 and have struggled. Xx

I found I was in more pain around 3-4 weeks! Like random stabbing pains and aching. Could feel it more once the swelling and pressure feelings subsided! I’m 9wpo now xx

Thankyou for your replies….ive been sleeping on a recliner chair up until this weekend as I couldn’t stand it anymore but can’t sleep in a chair forever…. I’m due to see the nurse next week but I’m getting the same pain as you nic ….also you can see the implant in my left breast & not in the right has anyone else had this problem? Xx
