Pain after lying down, please Help!! ***…

Ladies, please tell me Im not the only one feeling this!!! Im 10 days p.o and whenever I sit up from lying down or lying on an incline, I get this rush of blood and throbbing PAIN to my boobs..It then makes me feel faint and sick a few mins later

Reading all these stories on here about how people heal so fast etc etc, and have no pain is really depressing me

Can any post-op girls help out there, please!!

Aww its just crushing, like theyre gorging with fluid and gonna explode lol getting me down cos Im scared to go to bed or to sleep knowing Ive gotta get up again…arrrghhh thig should be gone by now grrrrrrr

Kezza mine are exactly the same as soon as it sit up they start shooting all at the top my pain is is yours? So swelled and hard still I hope you start feeling better soon im sure they will be ok, are u still sleeping sitting up? x x

Stacey, aww you to hun? I feel it down the outsides of my boobs, still feel quite swollen there. I slept with just two pillow and v-pillow last night…Let’s just say I’ll be sitting more propped up tonight!

Having a few booby-blues today, getting pissed off with having to take painkillers on DAY 1O and not being able to sit in any other way than propped up against cushions …. oh to curl up on the sofa or in bed again

Oh girls I can completely emphasise with you all….my boobs are exactly the same and I am 6 weeks post op but I have had a seroma which has left me with an incrediably swollen left breast whilst the other one is fine….so I totally agree with you Kezza, I have had booby blues for about 3 weeks as I am on my 4th supply of antibiotics…!xxx

Thanks ladies, Jinksy – how did you know you had a seroma hun, apart from the obvious pain prob? This is getting me down, I keep moving to stop seizing up and I hurt, I rest and do little and hurt…so frustrating.

I thought I did chick..I had unders which can be more painful than overs..taken a few painkillers which has taken the edge off but not completley. Just hope that it will pass in the next day or two, or get better at least. x

Awhhh Kezza, feel bad for you but just remember whay u sadi to me – it will be worth it in the end! We all heal different and me and u just slower than other lol but if u need pain killers take them doesnt matter what day it is, iv just had some to knock me out for bed as i didnt sleep at all last night, and when iv slouched down a bit like you said and then got up, BOY am I paying fro it!! Try sleep tonight and see how u feel tomorrow, did u get out for a walk today? x x x
