Pain and rippling/dents?

Hi I’m probably having a panic but I’ve had pain on my right booby tonight and it’s quite dented and ripply. Help!!!!!

I’ve got a lump in the bottom of my left one…. Trying not to worry too much – it’s early days and there’s bound to be all sorts going on in there! Hopefully nothing to worry about for either of us hon but it’s par for the course that we’re going to panic about every little odd thing for a while! Xx
