PAIN in my implant near my armpit!!!11MONTHS po

I have a constant pain in my right breast that started 2 weeks ago, its always been a bit sensitive but its not constant burning mixed with a numb sensation on the rim of my implant in my armpit and going down my arm. I cant even lift my arm up to dry my hair, hug someone ,wash my hair . painkillers dont help. I saw nurse yesterday she said seemed okay but its not I am in so much pain cannot even type properly and its what i do for a living. Im going on 11 months post op. luckily i have an appt with my surgeon on thurs which was co incidental as my boobs have still not dropped and my cuts are still 1cm below my new implant crease, nurse said might need a breast band.
Has anyone else experiene this burning pain in your armpit on the side of your implant where it ends? I am so so so concerned and although I have my appt on thurs just would like to know anyone else has experienced this????

it also feels a bit swollen and harder than the left :/ the medical practitioner at my work said it looks a bit inflammed, nurse said could maybe be muscular but im feeling it so tight and sore on side of implant pls help

I’d call mya and see if they can move your appointment from thursday to wednesday see them as soon as you can.
