Pain in right boob :(

I’m 6 days post op and everything has been fine! I’ve been really lucky with hardly any pain! My swelling has gone down quite a bit in my left boob but my right is still quite big and I have a stabbing pain near my stitches underneath. My sports bras doesn’t seem tight enough anymore so I’ve put 2 on to feel like I have the right support. I’ve rang MYA and waiting for them to ring back. Has anyone had this weird pain inside and do you think I’ll be ok wearing 2 bras? Thanks xx
