Hey this is fairly normal so wouldn’t be concerned! Although I think unders are a little more painful and restrict your movements a littlw bit more – I had 325cc overs. Just make sure you have someone around with you to help you and you’ll be fine, this is the worst part. Hope you start feeling better soon xx

Totally normal I had 375cc unders and the pain the day after and the following two days was the worst for me. I had restricted arm movement aswell. My mam had to help me wash under my arms and tie my hair up and things. It gets better as time goes on. Try and keep mobile and have little walks and keep on top of pain killers. X

Hi I had my opp yesterday as well and in some discomfort this morning ask for a muscle relaxant that helped me yesterday. I’m just feeling sick this morning. Hope the pain improves hon x

I felt exactly the same. I couldn’t get up myself for at least 3 days and even after that I had to pull on my legs to help myself up for another 4 days or so! It’ll get better xx

I had full use of my arms but was warned not to use them – it is painful but the first 5 days are defo the worst, I just took paracetemal and ibu and kept a not of my times so I could keep on top of it. Sleep, eat and walk every couple of hours. Getting up in the day time and sitting straight is good for helping the swelling to go down quickly. Fresh pineapple in the morning is also good happy healing x I personally found the pain worse than labour x

Hun it’s nice normal. Had my operation yesterday I had 550cc and I feel so stretched and tight. I am now taking painkillers at 4 hour intervals . And antibiotics once in the morning once I’m the evening both with toast before hand. My appetite has gone. Drinking a lot though. I think for these first few days it’s not going to be easy but it’s a means to a end. I brought a medical bed rest and I’m using that with two big fluffy pillows to help me get comfortable Hun it’s a great investment xxx

I had 375cc unders on Monday and my pain is awful haven’t slept all night, my boyfriends had to feed me etc. I am taking tramadol and ibruprophen now which isn’t prescribed but nothing else will work for my pain 🙁 x
