Pain started 3 years post op

Hi, up until now I have had no issues and love my results, but last few days I have a pain in my left breast. I can’t distinguish if it’s the scar or my rib? Or even both? It doesn’t bother me in the days but hurts when I’m lying down at night and keeps me awake. I’m worried it’s the start of capsular contracture, has anyone else experienced similar? I will contact my clinic in the morning but wanted to see if anyone else had same experience. Thanks.
