Painful incisions

Hi, I’m 5 days post op and my left incision is so painful. I’m panicking and wondering if it’s normal? I’m still strapped up and have the macom bra over the top. Is it normal for the incisions to be hurting? ?

im 10 days post op and my right incision still hurts, its getting better each day though, I think its normal 🙂
