painful scar tissue

I’m 11 days post op & have a lump of scar tissue(this is what the nurse told me it is at my post op)on my incision on my left boob. Today I have had a horrible pain where the lump is & the pain has spread round my back and down my ribs. I had to carry my baby in my arms on my left side this morning as he was upset from being ill, I don’t know weither this has pulled the scar or damaged it? The pain has gradually got worse throughout the day and my Boobs seem quite swollen. Has anyone experienced anything like this? Have popped a steri strip back over my scar in hope that it will help in some way!! Xx

Just take it easy honey,hard to do when you have a little one to look after,your body will let you know if you are doing too much,if you are worried ring the nurse for peace of mind,thats what she is there for.xxx

Thanks Tina, am trying to take it easy but the boys always need something and I’m also looking after all my neighbours pets whilst she is on hols so finding it difficult!! Hubbie had helped out slot tonight bless him, just wish I had family local to help xx
