painfull scars 5 wks po, advice please

hi girls, ive had no problems with my scars untill yesterday the right 1 is painfull i had to undo my bra in the cinema earlier lol.

its not red or raised tho but somtimes ill get shooting pains.

has anyone else had this, im wearing the same bra so why now has it started to be uncomftable? xx
