It’s best not to sleep on your stomach for a few months hun. Try staying on your back with a v pillow xx

Really try not to sleep on your tummy hun. I know it can be hard as I can’t sleep unless im on my tummy and used to do it automatically but the surgeon told me that it can cause problems with the shape of your boobs.

When you lay on your implant it squigges down to a bigger size and therefore can expand the pocket that has been made for it. (If that makes any sence) :-) x

Sorry Chellebelle. I do but only for 5 mintutes and then turn over. Tbh it’s not that comfortable to lay on my front anymore. Not long for you now! :D So gonna be popping round if your up for it to check those bad boys out 😆 x
