pains underarms

Hi everyone. Im 5 days post op an feel completely fine apart from below my left armpit, near my ribcage, when i move sometimes i get really sharp burning like pains. I keep thinking theyl get less painful each day but there not im seein the nurse on wednesday so dont really wana ring up before then. Does anyone know what it could be or how i can releive it, as my cocodamol doesnt help it.
