paperwork, id etc to take to hospital???

Hi girls, im packing my bag for my op tomoz. Do I need to take any of the paperwork mya has previously given or photo id? Just didnt no if they wud operate without any of it? Thanx xxx

Hi, I took my confirmation letter but didnt need it, nor was i asked for ID. They ask you all your personal details which verifies who you are x

Hi. I didnt take anything like that. Just my bag with clothes. You fill in some more paperwork when you arrive. Hope that helps. Mine was at Highgate.x
