paperwork??

hey girls.

after you ba were you given any paperwork that detailed when you had your op, the implants used, the guarantee info on them, etc, etc….??

just realised i dont have anything at all…if something was to happen in years to come surely i should have this info??

the only letter i received when discharged from hosp was a ist of the painkillers i had

Chelsy you should have had a credit like card given to you in the back of the allergen CUI booklet. It’s a form of ID card stating all your personal details ie….name, hospital number,address,surgeon and on the back is the sticky label from the implant box stating what implants you had. x

Who was your surgeon/hospital babes? Ring your PC hun xx

i had prof hart at ross hall, glasgow. didnt get an allergen cui booklet or a card…did you get these on discharge from hosp? xx

Yeah you get them when you get your tablets before you’re discharged hun x

i better call my pc, i only got 2 letters; one for my doctor and one for me that said what painkillers they prescribed. thanks girls xx

hi chelsy when you get discharged you should of had your tablets booklet with id card at back of booklet telling you what type you had and and discharge letter if your in doubt contact you pc x x x

No I just got the same as u.. The letter for my doc n a letter to say wot tablets they had given me. Oh n i got a letter the other day charging me £54 for a blood count ? I foned my pc n she said she will sort it tho, i will probs get a letter in billing me for staying overnight too lol! How u gettin on with ur boobies? Mya mod can u find out about the card for me too pls xxx

if i hear anything before u i will let u know hun …boobs r fab, had a sneaky wee measure and was a 30DD so well chuffed:) although its still early days and that will prob change! u healing well? xx

Aw really that’s great! I no they will probs fluff and get bigger mines aren’t as big as I expected. I think I need to wait on my skin stretching out a bit n them softening! But I’m feeling good now, the first day was agony!, but after that it got much better! I no imagine them trying to bill me! It was cos I had to go into the hosp a few days before my op n get my blood taken before they would book my op again. R urs softening up? I’m dying to get these daft tapes off!! Xxx
